RD Vacuum Boxes

The RD Vacuum Box is designed to capture pieces of waste that are blown out of the web when using a Focused Air Die in a metal-to-metal application. The vacuum box allows your job to run more efficiently because it helps prevent the waste particles from collecting on the anvil roll or accumulating in the drive gears, which could cause unnecessary downtime.

RotoMetrics designed the vacuum box to easily attach to the press. Simply position the vacuum box under the web immediately after the die station, secure the brackets to the press and connect a vacuum system to the manifold.
