AccuStar Flexible Dies offer the longest life, highest accuracy and most exacting tolerances available because they're precision-finished and laser hardened to master the most difficult applications, such as extensible/filmic substrates and abrasive thermal transfer material. AccuFlex®Flexible Dies
AccuFlex Flexible Dies are designed to provide best-in-class performance when converting materials on thin film liners and challenging materials. They also feature more acute blade angles, razor sharp/ high precision cutting edges, extreme precision and control of total plate height tolerance.

7* Onyx Flexible Dies
The 7* Flexible Die uses a special onyx coating that has no detrimental effect on the angle or sharpness of the cutting edge, providing optimal die life. Ideal for extended runs and converting difficult substrates, the 7* is suitable for all non-stick applications and is impervious to all known pressroom chemicals.

FlexPlus Flexible Dies
Designed to provide longer life and greater durability than standard flexible dies, FlexPlus Dies feature a proprietary life-enhancing surface treatment, which can help reduce downtime due to fewer changeovers. Also available with our FlexPremier® chrome deposition surface treatment for dramatically longer life – up to a million or more revolutions.

5* Flexible Dies
Laser hardened and surface treated for increased durability, 5* Flexible dies offer enhanced die life for a wide range of applications, including abrasive materials.

Standard Flexible Dies

Our most economical die cutting solutions, Standard and 3* Flexible Dies are machined sharpened to ensure consistent die cutting, and are surface treated to make them ideal for converting standard materials when paired with our high tolerance magnetic cylinders. AirFlex Flexible Dies
Our AirFlex Dies help converters prevent equipment damage and avoid waste build-up inside cavities in a variety of metal-to-metal cutting applications. AirFlex Dies use compressed air fed to the die to blow out all the holes drilled.
