CopperFlex Hot Stamping Dies

CopperFlex™ Hot Stamping Dies combine the hot stamping benefits of copper with the cost-savings of a reusable die. Developed for semi-rotary hot stamping applications, CopperFlex dies securely and quickly wrap around the mandrel with your existing OEM mechanical fastening system.

Manufactured by UEI Group Companies and distributed exclusively by RotoMetrics, CopperFlex dies are made of a proprietary copper alloy specifically engineered and processed for pliability and image integrity retention.

Features:

• Conforms securely when wrapped around the mandrel
• Mechanically fastened using existing OEM system (full wrap required)
• Provides the superior foil stamping quality of copper, resulting in excellent heat conduction and foil transfer, image sharpness, metal hardness — even after multiple repeat jobs
• Proprietary UEI copper alloy provides unique pliability features for plate remounting
