RotoMetrics Standard Aluminum, Feather-Lite and exclusive Hardcase® Print Cylinders are all manufactured completely in-house to our exacting requirements on Computer Numeric Controlled (CNC) equipment—ensuring you of the greatest accuracy and consistency.

What's more, RotoMetrics guarantees diameters, taper and total indicator readout (TIR) all to be within or better than OEM specifications on every print cylinder we make.

Hardcase® Print Cylinders

• Feature the exclusive RotoMetrics Hardcase coating to protect the cylinder from razor blade scratches, which can degrade printing capabilities over time
• Provides a longer, more reliable service life compared to other print cylinders

Feather-Lite Print Cylinders

• Available at no extra charge
